Oxygenate Your Blood

There is no life without oxygen. Our bodies can go without food and water for days, but we can only survive without oxygen for a few minutes. The oxygen travels through the entire body in the blood to provide life energy to every vital cell and organ.  All of the activities our bodies need to do depend on a regular and constant supply of oxygen. Most of us are not receiving adequate supplies of oxygen. What inhibits this?

Low oxygen conditions are caused by polluted air and water, toxin intake, shallow breathing, vitamin and mineral deficiencies, poor eating habits and lack of exercise. The lack of proper oxygen supply slowly deteriorates our bodies and causes fatigue and even life threatening illnesses. Oxygen is essential for our metabolisms as well. Low oxygen intake slows down our energy and in turn slows down the metabolism.

An energetic metabolism is crucial in order for our bodies to process food and dispose of waste properly.  If the body cannot remove waste build up, harmful bacteria can grow and turn into viruses and microbes.  However, an increase of healthy oxygen in the blood can reverse this. Well oxygenated blood detoxifies all the tissues in the body, promotes healthy waste disposal, provides your body with the high levels of energy it needs and rejuvenates your overall health.

Healthy Living Provides Oxygen
It is no mystery that the more oxygen your blood has, the more energy you have and the better you feel. Stretching is crucial to get the blood circulating through all parts of the body.  Even mild exercise, such as a daily walk, is better than nothing. Exercise can also encourage deep breathing.  It is important to eat healthy foods. Vegetables and fruits provide your blood with oxygen.  Nutritional herbal supplements, such as KM Matol can provide your body with all of the nutrients it needs to have a healthy oxygen level
